Goldspot Pens welcomes international pen enthusiasts to order from our website securely and safely. We look to provide the same service and quality product to our customers outside of the US by offering standard and express shipping levels to anywhere in the world. Goldspot Fine Writing instruments have been shipped to all corners of the world. We have sent Sheaffer pens to Sweden, Parker pens to Portugal, Aurora to Australia, Jac Zagoory to Japan, etc. When you are ready to checkout, make sure to select the left option "Proceed to Checkout." You will be able to see the option for your country in the "country" field of the order form.

 

International orders are usually delivered within 7 to 10 business days but times can not be guaranteed due to varying customs hold-ups & port delays at various destinations. We currently offer shipping services through the United States Postal Service (USPS), or DHL International Express. In our experience with shipping international orders, we have found these freight carriers to be the quickest, most reliable and cost effective. You may reference our Shipping & Transit Time chart to review your options to ship outside of the US.

 

Please note that International orders may be subject to your local VAT and customs duties which are not included in our product or shipping prices. Please refer to your local import laws for details. Our company is not responsible for compensating the recipient for these fees in the event that the shipment needs to be returned.

We obtain all of our products through the manufacturer's authorized distribution and abide by all of the manufacturer's pricing and warranty policies.

 

International Returns : In the event that you need to return your pen, leather organizer or writing accessory, please contact our customer service department for assistance. In the event that your pen needs repair or replacement parts, many manufacturers have after-sales warranty offices abroad to send your pen for repair. If you visit the main website of the brand (for example Parker or Waterman), you will be able to find the information to contact the manufacturer directly with your issue. If you have a problem with your order upon receiving it or within the first 15 days, we will help you as best as we can to make sure you are satisfied with your order.
