Gift Wrapping:
Currently, gift wrapping is available by request only for a nominal charge of $4.95. If requested, your gift will arrive with our silver wrap & signature gold ribbon. To add the perfect finishing touch, we also offer a personalized gift card with your message to the recipient. If you would prefer to hand write your own note, simply request a black gift card with purchase.

Return Policy:
Goldspot will gladly accept returns on any of our fine writing instruments and gifts postmarked within 15 days of the original date of purchase. Holiday purchases and Gift purchases will be given an extended return period allowance of 30 days. Simply return the item undamaged and with its original packaging and literature. You will receive a prompt refund minus the shipping & handling charges (if the item was shipped with a “Free Shipping Option” you will be charged a $7.95 shipping fee). Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Our return policy does not include corporate orders, engraved orders, special orders, or special and limited editions.
