For economical and reliable delivery, our carrier of choice for most domestic shipments is the United States Postal Service (PO Boxes included), and for International shipments we use either US Postal Service, FedEx or DHL. For US Economy Level shipping, we use either US Postal Service or FedEx/UPS Ground, depending on the final weight and value of the shipment. Expedited (2-3 business days) or Air shipments are handled by FedEx or UPS. If you would like to request for us to ship using a specific service, please contact us before or immediately after plaicng your order to discuss shipping options.

The shipping times advertised below are based on the carriers' advertised guarantees in business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). We try to ship most in stock item orders received before 11:00am on the same day, however in some cases it may take up to 2 days to ship an order. Engraving orders may require additional time for processing. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee transit
times if the carrier experiences weather related, address correction or other unexpected delays as per their delivery times policy.

of $4.95. If requested, your gift will arrive with our silver wrap &
signature gold ribbon. To add the perfect finishing touch, we also offer
a personalized gift card with your message to the recipient. If you would
prefer to hand write your own note, simply request a blank gift card with
Goldspot will accept returns on any of our unused fine writing instruments
and gifts postmarked within 15 days of the original date of purchase. Holiday purchases and
Gift purchases will be given an extended return period allowance of 21 days.
Simply return the item unused, undamaged and with its original
packaging & literature. You will receive a prompt refund minus the shipping
& handling charges (if the item was shipped with a “Free Shipping"
option there will be a $7.95 shipping fee deducted). All items being returned for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Due to our discounted pricing we can not cover any return shipping charges. All returns must include a return authorization number (RMA Number) which can be requested from our customer service dept. by email or phone. Our return policy does not include any corporate orders, engraved
