TWSBI renews its commitment to creating superior writing instruments for the fountain pen enthusiast with the next line of clear, demonstrator fountain pens. Minor, but noticeable improvements were made from the 530 to the 540 series. The ink capacity increased significantly (as pictured below) and the cap threading has been smoothed to allow for a greater ease of opening and closing the pen. Each pen is accompanied by an easy-to-follow instruction guide that encourages the writer to completely disassemble / reassemble their fountain pen. A small bottle of silicone grease and a wrench is also included to aid the maintenance of the pen.
