The various stages of this production process are all critical to ensuring the impeccable quality of the end result. The barrel is then hand polished to achieve a brilliant surface and magnificent tactile feel. To attain such exceptional smoothness, diamond paste is used initially before the final polish is imparted by hand.

The same commitment to sheer excellence and craftsmanship is evident in the production of the metal components, all of which are turned on a lathe and then given an electroplating finish; gold for the green and black pens, chrome for the versions in red or white resin.
