The Ducati pen collection expresses the Ducati
personality and draws inspiration from historic models built by the Borgo
Panigale manufacturer. The series of pens in various
colors employ design elements from the "Scrambler" models of the 60's and 70's
such as the logo, gas tank, disk break, the hooded head light and more.
The exquisite metal details and the
polished aluminum cap make the Ducati a well balanced pen, pleasant to hold, but
with a "weight" that signals quality. The right side of the cap has a
chromed cheek with the typical finish of the petrol tanks of the era and bears
one of the best-known Ducati logos, the Scrambler eagle wing. The band on
the cap recalls headlight covers of the time while the pen's foldaway clip's
linear design recalls the drilled disk of brakes.
The Ducati 750 series pens are short in
length when closed, but reach a full size when you post the cap. Crafted in
aluminum with multi-layered lacquer and chrome details, the Ducati has a large
cap in the shape of a petrol tank and bears the Ducati Scrambler Eagle logo. The
foldaway clip recalls the drilled disk of brakes. The Ducati 750 fountain pen
features cartridge/converter filling system and has a semi-flexible, stainless
steel nib in fine and medium sizes. Available in matt black, yellow and red colors. Matching rollerball pen,
ballpoint pen and mechanical pencil are also available.
