The new Verve by Cross is a writing instrument whose quality is drawns from the past, but is designed for the future. An invisible mechanism allows the clip to retract until it is fully joined with the body of the pen. As you write, your eyes will be drawn to the 360 degree nib of the fountain pen or the concentric rings of the ballpoint. The pure lines of the Verve are available in metallic sheen finishes of platinum and selenium, or the intricately engraved merlot.

The Platinum and Merlot fountain pens feature two-toned Platinum and 18kt gold nibs, while the Selenium and Radial Chrome fountain pens feature a rhodium plated steel nib. All Verve fountain pens fill via cartridge or converter and are available in fine, medium and broad nib sizes. Matching ballpoint pen and roller-ball pen are also available. The Cross Verve roller-ball pen features the Cross unique Selectip interchangeable writing technology, which offers the choice of a silky smooth gel ink rollerball, durable ballpoint pen, creamy porous-point [felt-tip], and even a brilliant document marker. The ballpoint pen features twist-action advance mechanism.
