How long does it take to ship my order?
In-Stock orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of placing them online unless otherwise noted. You may look for our in-stock shipping tags on our website as a reference of which items we have ample inventory that should be shipped immediately. Some items are subject to being special ordered or backordered. If there would be a delay that prevents us from shipping your order within 1-2 business days, we will send you an e-mail to notify you of the delay.
If most of your order is In-Stock and we are awaiting just one small item, like a refill, we will usually opt to Ship-Ahead the majority of your order and ship the backordered item separately. There would not be an extra-charge for shipping if we decide to ship-ahead your order.

Most pens are sold in presentable gift box packaging. Pens under $25 may not arrive in a gift box. If you would need your gift wrapped, we can wrap and write a gift note for your intended recipient. We can even ship it directly to the recipient, removing the sales invoice with pricing information.
What happens if I need to return or exchange?
Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. To set up a return, please contact our customer service team through our helpdesk to request an RMA # for authorization. For further details, our Customer Service page has more information.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB and PayPal. If you have an order you would like to place by money order or check, please download our fax order form and fill in the proper information, including your payment with your order.
